Corporate lawyers Matthew P. Murphy and Keith Bova have launched a new corporate legal practice. The firm, Murphy Bova LLP, will assist startups, entrepreneurs, small businesses and growth companies with their legal, organizational and business development needs.
“Keith and I have worked together for a number of years with great success and our corporate experiences are very complementary to one another, which serves as an important asset for our clients,” says Matthew P. Murphy, co-Founder. “Our business model allows us to keep our clients’ legal fees to a manageable level, while providing the same high level of service as larger law firms.”
“This partnership allows us to offer clients greater resources and depth of legal services,” says Keith Bova, co-Founder. “We are very excited to be working with our clients and their entrepreneurial culture in this capacity.”
Prior to co-founding Murphy Bova LLP, Matthew P. Murphy practiced as a corporate lawyer for nearly 8 years at law firms and as in-house counsel, including over 3 years with Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pitman LLP, and spent more than 7 years working in sales and business development roles with online properties such as About.com and Shopping.com.
Prior to joining Matthew P. Murphy in the founding of Murphy Bova LLP, Keith Bova was associated with Martin LLP and Snyder Kearney LLC. At those firms, Keith excelled at helping clients to tackle corporate and securities law issues affecting their business ventures.
