To raise awareness about the importance of mentoring for employee effectiveness and organizational success, LifeMoxie Mentoring is promoting National Mentoring Month. They are producing a series of complimentary events that will give business leaders a first-hand look at how mentoring drives workforce performance and engagement at all levels. “71% of fortune 500 companies have mentoring programs because it’s the #1 way to invest in the Human Capital of their company, which is in effect the #1 way to produce better revenues and results for everyone”, states CEO and author Ann Tardy.

The series of events include:

  • Friday, Jan 16, 2015 at 12:00pm EST, LifeMoxie Mentoring is presenting a Virtual Mentoring Leader Panel where mentoring leaders from Duke Energy and Southern California Edison will peer-mentor participants with specific strategies to nurture their mentoring program success. All are welcome to attend.
  • Tuesday, Jan 29, 2014 at 12:00pm EST, LifeMoxie Mentoring is hosting a mentoring webinar: How Strategic Mentoring Can Drive Your Organization’s Priorities. They will teach you how to close the gap between organizational priorities and its people’s potential. They will also share the #1 way to shift mentoring programs from an ‘employee benefit’ into the driving force to achieve your organization’s priorities and results.

All month long LifeMoxie Mentoring is inviting leaders to join The Mentoring Council, an online community exclusively for mentoring leaders where they can engage with peer mentors to discover best practices, resources, and research. Members learn from other mentoring program administrators and leaders how to use mentoring to drive key business strategies.

Ann Tardy, founder and CEO of LifeMoxie Mentoring Inc, author of 3 books and founder of The Mentoring Council.
