Church.org online news will feature relevant Christian news articles, updates on influential churches and pastors, Christian book and movie reviews, the latest on Christian conferences, and mission resources to name only a few.
Church.org first launched in 2011 and dramatically increased viewership 33% in 2012, 37% in 2013 and just completed its most significant year, 2014 with another 40% increase. Current viewership up to 35,000 visits per month with 60% of its traffic from X and Z generation!
Church.org already provides pastors a platform for anyone to see and hear their sermons, visitors to learn about Church youth programs, meet their staff, find church times, twitter updates and even a map to locate area churches. All at no cost to the church.
According to Larry Fowler, editor of Church.org, “our mission statement is leading others to Jesus Christ through transformation, not religion, with a band of brothers and sisters that are committed to Jesus, their family and close friends and loving their neighbor (no matter who) with all our heart, soul, mind and strength.” According to Fowler, “people of all ages desperately need encouragement and Jesus Christ is their only answer.”
Church.org currently has more than 45,000 churches in its database.
Church.org projects continued double digit growth in 2015. Not only that, by developing a ‘content’ based online news publication, Church.org projects up to 100,000 visits per month or 1.2 million visits per year.
