Contract Supports Prime Contract Partner IBM Global Business Services

Intervise, a leading IT services company for the Federal Government, today announced it won a 25 person contract supporting prime contract partner IBM Global Business Services. Intervise will be providing 24 X 7 X 365 Application Help Desk support services for the Army PEO Enterprise Management Services (EMS), Digital Learning Systems (DLS) Group based out of Ft Eustis, Virginia.

This ITIL v3 based operation supports up to 14,000 phone calls per month providing application help desk and call center support for the Army Learning Management System (ALMS), Digital Training Facility (DTF) classrooms, and Deployable Digital Trainings Campus (DDTC) suites.

Intervise has a long, successful history of supporting the Army. Other current Army work includes ALMS Customer Service Center Functional support and courseware testing, and MEDCOM AHLTA Provider Satisfaction (MAPS) training for Army AMEDD both CONUS and OCONUS.
