JER HR Consulting LLC was established twenty five years ago as James E. Rocco Associates, Inc. by James Rocco as a boutique consulting firm focusing on servicing health and human agencies, educational institutions, performing arts organizations, foundations and associations.
Today, JER HR Consulting works with hundreds of clients nationwide and has enjoyed continued success collaborating with nonprofits throughout the US in designing compensation strategies that further their organizational goals.
