In this role, he will focus on developing relationships within the broker/dealer marketplace and with insurance professionals throughout the Connecticut area.
DeBiase has over 15 years of industry experience, working in various sales and product roles including internal wholesaler, annuity sales manager, and director of product development. During the course of his career, DeBiase has accrued a wealth of insurance and investment product knowledge, applying it to the development of new products while fostering his leadership, selling, and marketing skills. Among other notable achievements, DeBiase has facilitated the ongoing recruitment of sales professionals and developed and executed target marketing campaigns, all while serving as a supervising principle over sales teams responsible for supporting regional sales in excess of $1.4 billion.
