This international best-seller is a modern-day fable about leveraging the creativity of diversity. Published on Martin Luther King Day, the book brings new insight to this vitally important business issue.

Differences are not intended to separate, to alienate. We are different precisely in order to realize our need of one another. Birds of different feathers should flock together... -- Archbishop Desmond Tutu

Berrett-Koehler Publishers is pleased to announce this brand new edition of the classic, international bestseller A Peacock in the Land of Penguins by management consultant BJ Gallagher and University of Southern California Emeritus Professor Warren H.
