First Acupuncture Franchise in the United States Launches in Texas
Marble Falls, Texas (PRWEB) January 19, 2015 -- Serasana LLC, a unique franchise model that specializes in stress and pain management by blending acupuncture, yoga, massage, and healing teas, is now offering franchises to entrepreneurs interested in the growing health and wellness sectors. Serasana is the first acupuncture franchise in the United States.
Serasana prides itself on first-class facilities that incorporate natural materials such as bamboo and copper, highly trained professionals that specialize in stress and pain management, rare and organic teas from around the globe, and yoga programming that appeals to a broad demographic that includes all ages, shapes, and sizes.
“Our intention is to offer a perfect blend of ancient healing modalities, all under one roof,” said Patti McCormick, Serasana Founder and CEO. “Our clients regularly find yoga teachers discussing Traditional Chinese Medicine while they teach a class or acupuncturists demonstrating yoga poses while their clients rest during sessions. Serasana professionals collaborate with each other to provide clients a well-balanced treatment plan that is completely customized to their individual needs.”
The Serasana franchise model is the first of its kind. Not only does it offer a unique blend of services, but it also generates multiple revenue streams with high-end profit margins, enjoys a year-round business cycle, and targets a broad customer demographic.
Serasana is the brainchild of owners, Patti McCormick and her husband, Bill Gilliland. Patti began her professional life as a petroleum engineer and made the interesting transition to acupuncture more than 20 years ago. Bill, a seasoned builder and real estate developer, has designed and built several wellness spas and yoga studios. Combined, the couple brings more than two decades of knowledge to the wellness industry.
The inspiration for the Serasana franchise model is Sana Vida Wellness Spa and Tea Bar in Marble Falls, Texas. Patti and Bill launched Sana Vida in 2004. Due to its overwhelming success, the couple constructed a 5,500 square foot building and expanded its operations two years later. Sana Vida continues to thrive and serves as the Serasana idea incubator and training center.
Serasana plans to open locations throughout Texas, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, and more. The next location will open in Austin, Texas, in Fall 2015.
