ThinkTime debuts Intelligent Store Execution Platform - National Retail Federation - New York

After more than two years of development, ThinkTime made a triumphant debut at Retail’s Big Show 2015. The launch of their Intelligent Store Execution Platform became the talk of the National Retail Federation’s annual event.

“We reached out to more than 500 retail contacts before the show, inviting them to share our product vision,” says Steve Levy, President of ThinkTime. “A lot of retailers struggle with the issue of communicating between the corporate office and the stores, so our message really resonated.”

ThinkTime, in partnership with Chicago-based IT development leader Productive Edge, has developed powerful, scalable tools that help companies create what Levy calls “a circle of performance improvement.” Retailers can execute their corporate initiatives with Task Management, support employees in the field with Help Ticketing, and gather meaningful feedback with Listen. ThinkTime SVP of Strategic Solutions Bill McCall elaborates: “It starts with the client’s strategies, and then we supply tools they can leverage to execute those strategies. Along the way, we use Listen to make sure it’s done right and in the best way the first time.”

The tremendous reception at the NRF show is due in no small part to the strength of ThinkTime’s core team. Levy, McCall and CTO Joel Livet combine to present a clear and engaging vision.

“Either through luck or through brilliance, we’ve pulled together such a great group of skill sets,” says Levy. “Joel has a deep technical background, I have more than 20 years of experience in WFM, retail, and sales. With Bill, you have 30 years of hard-core VP and operations experience in retail. We can talk at such a deep level about everything from security to operations.”

Livet agrees, “We have the right team hyper-focused on building the best products for our retail customers. That’s our competitive advantage, and that’s what blew people away at NRF.”

ThinkTime plans to use the amazing showing at Retail’s Big Show as a springboard for an exciting year of development.

“We continue to enhance and make our products even more innovative, giving our clients the very best now, and in the future,” says Levy. “We’re looking forward to partnering with some of the companies we met at NRF.”

McCall echoes that feeling: “We’re committed to following up with every person who is interested in leveraging our tools. We’re excited to help our customers do well.”
