Fitzpatrick, Lentz & Bubba, P.C. Adds Three Shareholders
Center Valley, PA (PRWEB) January 20, 2015 -- Fitzpatrick, Lentz & Bubba, P.C. has named Joshua A. Gildea, Marie K. McConnell and Anthony S. Rachuba IV as shareholders in the Firm.

Joshua A. Gildea serves as an attorney in FLB’s Litigation group and earned his JD from University of Wisconsin Law School. Gildea, who earned his BA from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Bar Association of Lehigh County. In 2014, Gildea was named one of Lehigh Valley Business’ “Forty Under 40” and was also named a Select Lawyer in Bankruptcy & Creditor’s Rights Law, Commercial Litigation and General Civil Litigation. He is a member of Habitat for Humanity of the Lehigh Valley’s Board of Directors.
Marie K. McConnell serves as an attorney in FLB’s Corporate, Business and Banking Group. Having earned her JD and LLM from the Villanova University School of Law and her BA from Muhlenberg College, McConnell is a member of the Bar Association of Lehigh County, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the American Bar Association. In 2014, McConnell was named a Select Lawyer in Business/Commercial Law, Contracts Law, Real Estate Tax Assessment Appeals Law and Taxation Law, as well as selected in Super Lawyers’ Rising Star Edition. An active member of the community, McConnell is a member of the Allentown School District Foundation Board of Directors and of Phoebe Ministries’ Audit, Finance and Investment Committee. She also serves as the secretary of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Lehigh Valley.
Anthony S. Rachuba IV is a member of the Firm’s Estate Planning and Administration group. Rachuba earned his JD and LLM from the Villanova School of Law and completed his undergraduate degree at Mt. St. Mary’s College in Emmitsburg, Maryland. In addition to his academic achievements, Rachuba, who resides with his family in Doylestown, is involved in a number of professional organizations, including the Bucks County Estate Planning Council; the Bucks County Bar Association; the Bar Association of Lehigh County; the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Lehigh Valley Chapter of Society of Financial Service Professionals. He also serves as a Board Member for the Estate Planning Council of the Lehigh Valley. His work in the community includes serving as a member of the Board of Directors for the Pediatric Cancer Foundation of the Lehigh Valley, the Upper Bucks Chamber of Commerce, and the Sacred Heart Health Care System Foundation.
