Chicago, IL (PRWEB) January 20, 2015 -- To celebrate new beginnings and the New Year, online lighting and home furnishings retailer Lightology has launched a brand new look for its website. The changes represent the e-retailer’s efforts toward a simpler, more streamlined, and more engaging online experience for visitors to the site. While not all areas of the site have yet transitioned to the new look, the most obvious changes are apparent on the Lightology homepage. More changes to the rest of the site will roll out over time.
“We’re finally reaching a point where the online Lightology experience resembles the showroom experience,” says owner Greg Kay. “When people walk into the showroom, they are in awe of this architecturally beautiful space filled with incredible lighting displays. Interactive, educational exhibits and light art installations keep people engaged as they browse. There’s a surprise around every corner.
“Our latest website design now mirrors the showroom experience—beautiful to look at, easy to navigate, full of choice, and with lighting experts at the ready to answer any questions.”
Indeed, with educational articles, engaging video, inspirational photo galleries, and stunning portfolios featuring the work of Lightology’s lighting experts, Lightology.com is an online playground for design enthusiasts.
When shopping for lighting and other home goods, visitors can browse by category, brand, product family, designer, room, and more. Furthermore, with monthly sales, Lightology favorites, and new products promoted on the homepage it has never been easier to find exactly what you’re looking for (or never knew you wanted) at Lightology.
