iFactor Invites DistribuTECH Attendees to Help with Disaster Relief, Vows to Donate for Attendees Who Visit
Tempe, AZ (PRWEB) February 02, 2015 -- iFactor, the leading customer communication solution provider to the utility industry, announced its “Name Drop to Donate” initiative, a campaign designed to help raise funds for disaster recovery efforts. This year, iFactor has pledged to donate $1 to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund for each attendee who visits the company at DistribuTECH and other industry events in 2015.
“We’re excited to be exhibiting at DistribuTECH again this year, and proud of our new initiative aimed at aiding with disaster recovery efforts.” explains Shazir Khan, CEO of iFactor. “We know that utility employees are often first on the scene following natural disasters, and, as such, hold disaster recovery efforts near and dear to their hearts.”
In order to participate in the “Name Drop to Donate” initiative, iFactor invites DistribuTECH attendees to visit the company on the trade show floor (Booth #1046) to show their support for the cause by dropping a business card or leaving their name.
During DistribuTECH, iFactor will also be providing live demos of its customer communication software solutions, including:
Storm Center™ outage maps, the industry-leading platform for utility outage communications
Notifi® proactive alerts and preference management, an automated communications and customer preference management platform
iFactor Mobile™ applications, delivering high-value customer service transactions on the iOS and Android platforms
StreetLight Outages™, an interactive map interface for managing outdoor light incident reports
