Complí®, a leading provider of workforce compliance management software, today announced the appointment of Rob Warmack as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Warmack previously held the position of Vice President of Market Development for Complí and was responsible for driving the company's product, market and channel strategy.

On behalf of Complí’s board, Chairman Ken Thrasher said “Rob has been a tireless customer advocate and proven leader at every company he’s worked. During his time at Complí he has been instrumental in helping the company reach new markets. Rob’s talent, market strategies, and track record for increasing revenue bring Complí a tremendous growth opportunity. We couldn’t be more excited about a promising future.”

Warmack replaces interim CEO Keith Scott and takes the helm as CEO of Complí during a dynamic period of growth. Well established as a leading provider of workforce compliance management systems (CMS) for the automotive industry, in 2014 the company expanded to serve customers in other highly regulated industries such as financial services, energy and utilities, enterprise technology and healthcare. Complí clients include over 3,500 dealer locations, Standard Insurance, Jive Software and others. In addition, Complí recently released the next generation of its software, Complígo -- an easy-to-use and affordable SaaS workforce compliance management system that helps organizations manage compliance obligations.

“At Complí we have an incredible team and culture, the broadest technology in the compliance management software market, and a winning strategy that has enabled our growth,” said Rob Warmack, CEO of Complí. “I am passionately committed to placing our customers at the absolute center of everything we do and am honored to lead Complí into its next phase of expanded growth.”

Bringing more than 30 years of experience in executive leadership, customer advocacy, product marketing and global market expansion within high-growth emerging technology companies — several of which locally have gone on to successful exits; Warmack will lead Complí’s business strategy and operations. Well established at spearheading global market expansion and successful channel programs in the information security, audit management and compliance markets, Warmack made a notable mark in the industry as senior director at Tripwire. His contributions to product marketing and channel strategies helped build Tripwire into a leading global provider of IT security and compliance automation solutions. Prior to that, he held executive positions in marketing, product management, and sales for startups and established companies such as Rulespace, eFusion, Clientele Software, Network Computing Devices and IBM. Warmack is also an inventor on several U.S. patents in the fields of information technology governance and auditing.
