We have hosted thousands of visitors at tours of our member farms and the Winter Tour is very popular. Everyone enjoys experiencing the farm in winter and our curious cows enjoy all the activity of having visitors.

The Farmer’s Cow is kicking off its 10th anniversary year with the annual Winter Farm Tour. Visitors are invited to enjoy an outdoor open house at Graywall Farms in Lebanon on President’s Day, Monday February 16th from 12-3pm. Visitors can meet the farmers behind Connecticut’s recognizable local milk brand and learn about local dairy farming.

The Winter Tour provides an enjoyable educational experience for all ages. Families should put on their winter boots and bundle up to see the cows and tour the milking parlor. If there is enough snow on the ground there will be horse drawn sleigh rides, too. After the tour, visitors can warm up with The Farmer’s Cow hot coffee and sample our fresh milk, chocolate milk, ice cream and more.

Everyone enjoys experiencing the farm in winter and our curious cows enjoy all the activity of having visitors.”

The Winter Tour is free for all and no reservations are required. This event is weather permitting. Cold and snow are okay but muddy fields can cause a problem for parking.
