Starting January 22nd, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, the largest Wisconsin news source, will collaborate with 88Nine RadioMilwaukee on a new segment, called Tap’d In with Piet Levy.
Piet Levy is the music writer for Tap Milwaukee, the entertainment website of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. He primarily reviews concerts, singles and albums; interviews national and local musicians; produces exclusive music video content and more. He’ll be teaming up with 88Nine for Tap’d In, where they’ll be “Talking shows to see, local music you’ll love, and more”.
Every Thursday morning listeners will be able to tune in 88.9 FM and hear Piet Levy talk with 88Nine music personality, Jordan Lee, about past and upcoming concerts, shows to see, local musicians, and more. 88Nine RadioMilwaukee will be working in coordination with Tap Milwaukee, in a partnership that will help both brands reach a larger audience as they report on music in the Milwaukee market. The segments will also be available at http://www.jsonline.com/music each week.
88Nine RadioMilwaukee is part of local, public radio in Milwaukee. The station covers local music along with news and engaging content about the city and surrounding areas. 88Nine RadioMilwaukee is a non-profit that started in 2007 and currently reaches over 79,000 people.
