Craig J. Mancinotti and Richard F. Maroney, Jr., who co-manage Austin Associates’ Investment Banking practice area, will be collaborating with C. Robert Monroe and Ernest J. Panasci, partners, Stinson Leonard Street, LLP, in a workshop on Sunday, January 25 at 9:25 a.m. addressing the financial and legal fundamentals of mergers and acquisitions. Together, these professionals will share case studies and strategies for community banks with less than $1 billion in assets describing how acquisitions can build scalable, efficient, and profitable business models.
In addition, Mancinotti and Maroney will lead a group discussion, “Incorporating M&A into Your Strategic Planning Process,” on Tuesday, January 27 at 7:30 a.m. Participants will learn about effective strategic planning fundamentals for banks on the acquisition track.
