Lawler joined the Vision-e team in September of 2014 with more than 25 years of executive leadership experience. Most recently, she served as the Managing Partner for Xcellarant Solutions, a consulting services company with clients ranging from high-tech start-ups to large federal agencies. Prior to this, she served as Vice President of Advisory Service at Agilex Technologies, and Senior Vice President at BearingPoint (formerly KPMG Consulting) one of the world’s top five influential consulting companies with more than 17,000 professionals helping clients leverage technology for stronger ROI. Additionally, she has held several executive leadership positions within Xerox Corporation, where she was accountable for approximately 25% of total revenues and more than 6000 employees.

Prior to Vision-e Lawler served as the Managing Partner for Xcellarant, LLC. and Xcellarant Government Solutions, LLC., focused on consulting solutions and operational expertise in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Mobility Solutions. Her past clients include Fortune 500 companies, large Federal Government Agencies, and renowned not-for-profit organizations. Previously, she served as Vice President, Advisory Services for Agilex Technologies, located in Chantilly, Virginia.
Lawler also served as Managing Director and Senior Vice president for Global Alliances and Channel Partner Sales at BearingPoint, Inc. (formerly KPMG Consulting). In 2004, she was named one of the Top Six IT Consulting Power Brokers by Consulting Magazine. Prior to these positions, Lawler was a Senior Vice President at Xerox Corporation, where she formed and led the North America Service and Solutions organization to achieve #3 billion in revenues while overseeing a division of over 6,000 staff. Lawler also held various other positions at Xerox including: SVP, Public Sector North America, and VP Marketing for North America, SVP Major Accounts, and VP DOD Customer Business Unit for US Operations, during her tenure at the corporation. She is recognized for her dynamic and results oriented leadership style.
Lawler received her Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing from American University, graduating Summa Cum Laude and with the distinction of graduating #1 in her class from the Kogod School of Business. She has served on the Board of Directors of the children’s National Medical Center Foundation, and the Neuroscience/Behavioral Medicine Center of Excellence Committee, and the Adoption Service Information Agency. She has also served on a number of advisory boards at American University Kogod School of Business and Howard University. She currently resides in Bethesda, Md. with her husband and two teenage daughters.
