Luxury Lingerie Retailer Updates Brand Vision and Extends Free The Girls Relationship

Today, INTIMACY {bra fit stylists}, the leader in bra fit styling, unveils a new brand vision for its premium lingerie brand: “I came in for a new bra. I left as a new woman!” The new tagline personifies the emotional change and overwhelming sense of confidence women feel after a bra fit styling experience at an INTIMACY store. In the spirit to expand its message, the luxury lingerie retailer also announced its year-long bra donation partnership with Free The Girls, an organization that collects gently-used bras and provides them to survivors of sex trafficking.

“The new tagline speaks to who we are as a brand, what we do and how we accomplish it every day in our fitting rooms,” says Jeniece Vaughn, head of marketing at INTIMACY. “We want women to feel confident and comfortable after they receive a bra fit styling session. Our world-class expert bra fit stylists are in stores to help them do just that in a luxury atmosphere. We’ve even been told that many women leave our fitting rooms feeling so transformed that they leave their old bra behind and wear the new one out the door. Now, with our extended partnership, women can donate their old bra to Free The Girls.”

For the past two years, INTIMACY stores have been collecting gently-used bras during the month of October for Free The Girls. With the extended partnership, all retail locations will accept bra donations year-round.

"INTIMACY's annual bra drives in October grew from an impressive 7,500 bras in 2013 to well-over 10,000 bras in 2014,” says Melissa Watson, national director at Free The Girls. “I am confident they will exceed those numbers in 2015 with the year-round collection efforts. I know from my own experience that a bra fitting at INTIMACY is an empowering experience, one that definitely makes you want to leave all your old bras behind."
