Klinedinst is pleased to welcome Michael Steiner as the firm’s Executive Director. As the firm’s first Executive Director, Mr. Steiner will be charged with guiding the firm’s growth as California’s premier business law firm.

Michael Steiner Joins Klinedinst as Executive Director
Mr. Steiner previously worked for a Honolulu-based full service law firm, and is a proud member of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA). He is a ALA Certified Legal ManagerSM and has demonstrated a mastery of the core areas of knowledge identified as essential to the effective performance of a principal administrator.
An accomplished speaker, Mr. Steiner has spoken before the Hawaii State Bar Association, Association of Legal Administrators, Legal Marketing Association, S.C.O.R.E. Hawaii, and National Business Institute. He also has contributed articles to Leadership Exchange, the magazine of ALA’s Greater Los Angeles chapter. As a registered lobbyist in Hawaii, Mr. Steiner drafted and successfully guided several pieces of legislation into law, including bills involving long-term leases, arbitration, and the appraisal process.
He is active in the community, having previously volunteered for the Hawaii Chamber of Commerce, Think-Tech Hawaii, Hawaii Venture Capital Association, Muscular Dystrophy Association of Hawaii and the University of Hawaii at Manoa, Shilder College of Business, as part of the Annual University of Hawaii Business Plan Competition.
