Cheryl E. Doyle is recognized as an NAPW VIP Woman of the Year for her outstanding leadership and commitment within her profession.

NAPW honors Cheryl E. Doyle, Owner / Home Care Consultant at Senior Helpers Tulsa, as a 2015 Professional Woman of the Year. Ms. Doyle is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in business. As the largest, most-recognized networking organization of professional women in the country, spanning virtually every industry and profession, the National Association of Professional Women is a powerfully vibrant networking community with over 600,000 members and over 200 Local Chapters.

After much deliberation and research, Ms. Doyle discovered that her core areas of expertise in talent management, organizational development and new business startups were the perfect skill sets necessary to run a successful business. More importantly, in her search for a solid business investment, she also found there was an increasing need for quality care for the senior segment of the country’s population, which was growing exponentially. These facts, and the desire to make a difference, fueled Ms. Doyle’s decision to enter the home care industry.

Prior to coming to the US, Ms. Doyle received her Bachelor degree in Business from Hull University in the United Kingdom, where she spent 13 years as a Human Resources Specialist. Once in America, Ms. Doyle taught at a school for six years in Oklahoma’s Bixby School district before the idea of becoming a business owner sparked her interest.
