ISPN has announced its debut exhibition at the NCTC’s (National Cable Television Cooperative) Winter Educational Conference. The annual WEC will be held this year at the Grand Hyatt Riverwalk in San Antonio, Texas. ISPN will showcase its NetEngine™ platform to cable providers and ISPs from across the country.
NetEngine™ enables broadband providers to easily and efficiently provision and track their ISP customers. One login provides customer service representatives, IT and outside plant staff to view, document and provision customer accounts. Full integration is also available with all leading billing providers to share real time data and generate custom reports.
“With the explosion and demand of broadband across the country there is an opportunity for prepared businesses to increase their customer base, impact retention, and access new markets. ISPN is well-positioned to help companies in this space with their growth,” said Charlie Brenneman, Vice President of ISPN.
WEC Conference attendees will include owners, management and staff from cable companies, ISPs and municipalities from across the United States and Canada. The conference, which focuses on technology solutions in the cable TV industry, will showcase influential speakers and thought leaders in the industry, as well as cutting-edge, informative panels and a technology showcase.
“We see WEC as an opportunity for cable providers to learn more about how economies of scale can help their business perform more efficiently. Throughout the conference, they will learn how ISPN can help companies like theirs deliver higher levels of service, while eliminating multiple costs associated with the management and maintenance of delivering broadband services. At our booth, we can really show them how to streamline their broadband operation,” stated Nima Moaveni, Director of Business Development for ISPN.
