Petplan Claims App
Pet parents can say goodbye to signing forms and pawing through paperwork: Petplan’s new Claims App streamlines the process greatly for pet parents, who already have enough to worry about caring for an ailing pet.
Policyholders simply log in, upload photos of their documentation and hit submit. That’s it! The app omits the need for claim forms and lets policyholders submit a paperless claim wherever they are – even at the vet’s office.
The efficiency of a paper-free process has been immediately popular with pet parents; the majority of policyholders who have downloaded the app have already used it to submit a claim. Petplan’s Claims App is currently available for iOS devices.
Round-the-Clock Service Hours
Pet health emergencies have a knack for happening outside of regular business hours, so Petplan has expanded call center operations to 24 hours per day, seven days per week. No matter when pet parents have questions or need advice, Petplan’s highly trained Happiness Managers (customer service agents) are available to help.
Petplan expects the increase in availability will be a boon to pet parents; in the first three months alone, the customer service team assisted more than 1,800 pet parents during the extended hours.
