HIPOWER SYSTEMS, a manufacturer of power-generation and power distribution equipment in the U.S. and Canada, today announced the appointment of Krystal Bergstrom as Key Account Manager of Power Distribution for the company. After spending four years working closely with HIPOWER SYSTEMS’ customers managing their orders and stock purchases to fulfill them, Bergstrom will be adding sales support, purchasing and production in her new position as sales representative, purchasing agent and production coordinator for one of HIPOWER SYTEMS’ key accounts, United Rentals.

Before joining HIPOWER in 2011, Bergstrom worked as an outside sales representative for Fastenal Company, a supplier of OEM, MRO and construction products, where she specialized in creating a one-stop-inventory and management service, while bringing an efficient and cost savings approach to clients ranging from manufacturing facilities to construction job sites.

“Bergstrom’s years of working behind the scenes purchasing and planning for stock and fulfilling customer orders afforded her an extensive knowledge of how HIPOWER SYSTEMS Products work, down to the specific parts that are incorporated into each product line,” said HIPOWER SYSTEMS President, Rafael Acosta. “She understands our customers’ needs and how to help them meet their power generation challenges.”
