Sandicor, San Diego’s MLS, has adopted the new MLS version from Showing Suite - available to all MLS boards

All Sandicor members will be able to use the scheduling system for free with the option to upgrade to Showing Suite Ultimate.

Showing Suite, Inc. has launched the new automated showing scheduling system available for free to all multiple listing service providers. Sandicor has chosen to integrate with the new MLS version and offers Showing Suite’s showing scheduling tools to all Sandicor members.

Sandicor, San Diego County’s Regional Multiple Listing Service, is owned by the three Association of REALTORS serving San Diego County - The Greater San Diego Association of REALTORS® (SDAR), North San Diego County Association of REALTORS® (NSDCAR), and Pacific Southwest Association of REALTORS® (PSAR). All Sandicor members will have access to Showing Suite’s buyer contact management system, the ability to schedule showings with confirmation emails, create showing tours and corresponding maps, submit questions to listing agents, and give buyers access to Showing Note. Enhanced upgrades are available, such as call and text showing confirmations, 3 listing credits to try Showing Suite Ultimate, and a discounted rate to upgrade to the Ultimate edition.

A “Schedule a Showing” button will be present on all Sandicor’s MLS listing pages allowing showing scheduling to be done right beneath the listing information. All Sandicor members will be able to use the scheduling system with the option to upgrade to Showing Suite Ultimate. There are also customizable options available to all members within the MLS. Showing Suite’s Ultimate edition has the increased benefit of call and text showing confirmations as well as a myriad of other features. With Showing Suite Ultimate, buyers, buyers agents, listing agents, and sellers all get customizable tools that aid home sales. Showing Suite’s award winning Home Feedback system is one such feature which is an automated showing feedback system to help you easily and efficiently obtain feedback from real estate agents after they show your listings. Along with account access, Showing Calendar, automated call center, and customizable analytics, its no wonder over 900,000 agents have chosen to work with Showing Suite.

As part of the free version available to all Sandicor members, listing agents can choose if they want the “Schedule a Showing” button on their listing information within the MLS. When enabled, the listing agent can add contact information for their sellers. Buyers’ agents can request a showing using the button on the listing page and the listing agent and/or seller will receive a confirmation email. If subscribers upgrade to Showing Suite Ultimate, showing appointment confirmations can come via call or text.
