Today, the global relocation and mobility management firm, Graebel, has announced that Lance J. Richards, GPHR®, SPHR®, HRMP® will be the keynote speaker at the Company’s 9th Annual Global Relocation Policy Summit. Richards will discuss best practices for strategizing and managing global talent amid the multigenerational workforce during his keynote address to 100 global relocation, talent management and human resource executives registered to attend the annual Summit. Hosted by Graebel University, the by-invitation annual Global Relocation Policy Summit will be held at the Company’s world headquarters in Denver, Colorado on February 24 through 26, 2015.
Most recently, Richards was vice president, innovation for Kelly Services, based in Detroit, Michigan. Previously, he was head of that organization’s global human resource consulting practice, based in Singapore. He joined Kelly as its head of international human resources, for which he was accountable for the human resource-related functions across 26 countries and for over 4,000 employees.
Richards previously held senior human resource roles for Bell Canada, Verizon and for British Telecom. He has lived and worked in China, Singapore and Thailand. Additionally, since 2003, he has been a visiting professor in HRM at the Sasin Graduate School in Bangkok. He is co-author of the 2013 Amazon release, Gen Now.
