Direct Batch is an exciting new process for users that eliminates the need to save the invoice batch file to their computer and manually upload it to the MRI system. Instead, the convenient direct transfer allows clients to send invoice batches to MRI with a single click of a button, and to view the status of the invoice batch exports from MRI within AvidSuite. Additionally, once the files have been sent to MRI, the user who exported the file, along with other designated users, can be notified via email with details about the status of their batch export. This empowers users with complete visibility into the export status throughout the entire process.
