An industry meeting – Customer Analytics & Insights in Retail Financial Services – taking place the 24-25 February 2015 delivers practical advice and guidance on how companies are commercialising their analytics business plan to ensure that product profitability is maintained, pricing is accurately determined, and customer communication is optimised.

In a pre-event interview with FC Business Intelligence, Rene Frijters, the Chief Executive Officer from new online banking player Knab Bank comments “Everyone is talking about the potential of big data, but in practice the mass affluent audience that we are targeting doesn’t get any attention from their bank … It’s about digital attention to the customer. And it’s about delivering a good customer experience, whether it’s through our products or not.”

Frijters also notes that “The goal for the next year is to double our customer base and enlarge the volume of investments through us. We’re working particularly hard on customer satisfaction because keeping that high is what is going to grow the base.”

Rene Frijters will be joining over 150 of the most prominent movers and shakers in European customer analytics to push discussions on customer engagement in the retail financial services sector. This includes distributors and innovators in the space, sitting alongside traditional financial players.
