Connect Realty ( announces the addition of Jack Hamilton, a highly regarded real estate professional with over 25 years of experience in the industry, to vice president of the company’s operations in the Carolinas. A professional real estate recruiter with a reputation of success as a real estate agent, broker, business owner and mentor, Mr. Hamilton is instrumental to the company’s business, growth and expansion throughout the Carolinas.

An entrepreneur, inspirational coach, motivator and trainer since the age of 23, Mr. Hamilton has built a number of successful start-up ventures in multiple industries, including real estate. In addition to his 25 years of experience in real estate sales and agent recruitment, his real estate endeavors include nearly eight years as a one-on-one Mike Ferry coach, more than 13 years as president of DLJ Realty, Inc., a corporation that operated as a Re/Max franchise with three Re/Max offices, and nearly 15 years as owner of Hamilton Realty Group, LLC.

As Connect Realty’s vice president of the Carolinas, Mr. Hamilton will apply his vast knowledge and experience towards the recruitment, training and development of real estate agents. His goal is to provide agents with the essential coaching that will not only ensure optimal results to their buyers and sellers, but also aid in the growth, advancement and success of their individual real estate businesses.
