Coast 2 Coast Mixtapes announce the release of the “Unfriend” single by Duane DaRock. The single track project is currently available for download on the Coast 2 Coast website. The single is also produced by Duane DaRock himself, and features an appearance by Shire.

Born and raised in New Bedford, MA, Duane “DaRock” Ramos was destined to be a music legend. Since a young age he was greatly influenced by his grandfather Tarnarse Ramos, who had worked with legends such as Duke Ellington. It was at the age of 15 that Duane started to rap and perform up and down the east coast. It wasn’t until the early 90’s that he moved to Los Angeles and discovered his talent as a producer. Big Daddy Kane was one of Duane’s earliest clients and thanks to his skill and intuition DaRock’s clientele has skyrocketed over the last 20 years.

Duane DaRock’s latest collaborations with Jadakiss, Bottle Service and She Likes Me featuring Nicki Minaj have just been released and already racking up hits on the Internet and winding up hips in clubs all across the U.S. His latest release is a single entitled “Unfriend” which features a performance by Shire and is produced by Duane himself. This track illustrates the life of a star, dealing with the fame and fake people surrounding it. Sometimes it’s as easy as just clicking that “Unfriend” button, other times, not as much.
