NUC Sports Launches Athlete Rep Division, Inspired Athletes LLC Debuts with 14 Draft Eligible Players
New York, NY (PRWEB) February 02, 2015 -- Dave Schuman, CEO of Schuman Enterprises and founder of the National Underclassmen Combines, the largest set of football evaluation events in the country, announced today the launch of the brands’ newest expansion. Inspired Athletes will be a full service athlete representation agency spearheaded by Dave Schuman and Dan Smith, both of whom have been certified by the NFLPA in Contract Advisement. Inspired Athletes will make its debut with 14 athletes eligible for the 2015 NFL draft offering a unique suite of services and industry acumen.
After competing as a college football standout for UConn, attaining his master in business at UCONN and furthering his education at Columbia University, and starting the elite training company Schuman Speed School, Schuman’s National Underclassmen Combine was born out of a vision to provide athletes of all levels to get noticed, and get recruited. The CEO of NUC Sports for over a decade, Dave has created a series of high profile Football Showcases and Events servicing 20,000 athletes each year with the intent of gaining them the maximum exposure possible. This mission has taken him to the next step on the journey to form Inspired Athletes LLC to give college athletes boutique family representation to help them live out their dreams of playing and succeeding in the NFL and life.

After playing college football alongside Dave at UConn, Dan played semi-pro ball for a number of years. Beginning his business career working in operations at some of Boston’s top investment managers, Dan transitioned to executive recruiting, ultimately founding D&S Associates, Inc. in 2007. Dan’s experience with complex salary negotiations between senior executives at global financial services companies is invaluable. His ability to understand both sides of a negotiation and be able to come to amicable terms for both parties is a skill that comes from 15+ years of business experience.
