Donations for Springfield Police Officer Aaron Pearson
Springfield, MO (PRWEB) January 30, 2015 -- On behalf of Metro Appliances & More, Doug Howell, co-president, is making a donation of $5,000 cash to Officer Aaron Pearson and his family. Officer Pearson sustained career-ending injuries in the line of duty on Monday, January 26th.
“I would like to challenge other businesses to step up and donate. It is vital we support all of the members of law enforcement who dedicate their lives and sacrifice their families to keep our homes and businesses in our community safe,” said Doug Howell.
Metro Appliances & More will also be giving away a new Frigidaire frontload laundry set to raise additional funds for Officer Pearson and his family. To enter the drawing, make a $5 donation at the Metro Appliances & More booth during the HBA Home Show this weekend. You can also make a donation at the Springfield, Mo., Metro Appliances & More location to enter. The drawing will be held on February 14, 2015. The set is valued at $1,300.
