The list awards companies based on value, not just to the customers served, but also to the market they reside in.

CRM Watchlist Lifetime Achievement Award
We are absolutely thrilled to receive the Lifetime Achievement award from such a respected industry veteran," said David Myron, editorial director of CRM magazine.

CRM magazine, the leading publication of the customer relationship management industry, covering sales, marketing, and customer service strategies, was recently named the winner of the 2015 CRM Watchlist Lifetime Achievement Award. This prestigious list of industry leaders was created by Paul Greenberg, president of The 56 Group, LLC, a customer strategy consulting firm.

“This wonderful publication is actually a business anomaly to some extent,” Greenberg said. “It is a magazine that is not only surviving in an era when print magazines are declining dramatically, but it is increasing its influence year over year.”

According to Greenberg, the Lifetime Achievement Award goes to the institution that, historically, might have had the most impact on the CRM industry. Greenberg cited the following reasons for selecting CRM magazine for the Lifetime Achievement Award:

  •     After its launch, “the magazine became the central place that we got information about CRM strategies, trends, technology, vendors, and best practices. Nothing in 2015 makes that any different.”
  •     CRM magazine's website (destinationCRM.com) “is one of the most visited [sites] and perhaps the most real-time digital property serving the customer-facing community.”
  •     Information Today, Inc. “is also the owner of the most diverse CRM conference in the industry, CRM Evolution. This is the one conference which brings together the largest community of influencers, analysts, other journalists, vendors, and buyers each year. … The influencer attendance each year is mind-boggling, which just shows you the respect that CRM magazine is accorded.”

“We are absolutely thrilled to receive the Lifetime Achievement award from such a respected industry veteran," said David Myron, editorial director of CRM magazine. “This accomplishment wouldn't be possible without our very talented magazine staff, knowledgeable contributors and sources, and loyal readers. With their help, we look forward to continuing to deliver high-quality industry insight and analysis for many more years.”

The award is one of several awarded during the CRM Watchlist’s 7-year history. The list awards companies based on value, not just to the customers served, but also to the market they reside in.
