Miniter Group today announced that it was successfully able to maintain operations during Winter Storm Juno. The storm left Miniter's Norwell employees unable to travel to the office on Tuesday January 27th due to a state wide transportation ban. The Norwell office lost power at 8:01 AM on Tuesday, auxiliary power had the Norwell office back on line 8 seconds later and there was no interruption of network services. Miniter's insurance tracking system continued to operate and there was no interruption of compliant letter cycles, insurance placements or cancellations for force placed insurance. Regular operations were able to continue by Noon on Wednesday January 28th.
