We’ve done our very best to create a beautiful one-of-a-kind community and provide buyers with homes that are uniquely designed and luxurious but still affordable.
Austin, Texas (PRWEB) January 30, 2015
Travisso is pulling out all the stops during its month-long “Beyond Big” sales event in February, giving every homebuyer a 4K HDTV as visitors frolic in 10 tons of snow and dine on a giant, heart-shaped Tiramisu.
For three weekends in February the Leander master-planned community, which already boasts five grand homebuilders, will also be home to three massive weekend events.
The Leander community will kick off the celebration by trucking in more than 20,000 pounds of snow on February 8 so guests can play, build a snowman or dare to take part in a snowball fight. Afterward they can thaw out with hot beverages and après ski fondue.
The thrill continues on Valentine’s Day when Travisso presents guests with a giant heart-shaped Tiramisu that Travisso officials hope will be even bigger than the “Biggest Tiramisu in Texas” dessert the community unveiled during its grand opening last June.
Travisso will finish off the nearly month-long sales event with one last day of fun on February 22 with giant-sized games for all to enjoy. It will also be one of the final opportunities for homebuyers to take advantage of the community’s special offer - a free 4K Ultra HD big screen TV at closing.
“Everything’s bigger in Texas,” said Heath Melton, director of land development for Travisso. “We aim to prove that in a big way in February.”
Officially, the sales event takes place February 4-24. Buyers who purchase a new home during that time will receive a free 4K Ultra HD Big Screen TV at closing.
Travisso features homes from five respected Austin builders including Taylor Morrison, Toll Brothers, Drees Custom Homes, Highland Homes and Grand Haven Homes. Prices start from the $200,000s.
“We’ve done our very best to create a beautiful one-of-a-kind community and provide buyers with homes that are uniquely designed and luxurious but still affordable,” Melton said.
The 2,100-acre master-planned community is situated in Texas Hill Country, west of Austin and just north of Lake Travis.
When finished, Travisso will include more than 2,900 home sites of various sizes for a wide array of buyers, more than 350 acres of open space, a trail system, pool and clubhouse and potential Leander schools.
