Two large nonprofits to choose ClearView's nonprofit CRM online for fundraising activities

Two nonprofits have selected cloud-based ClearView CRM from SofTrek Corporation as their nonprofit fundraising software:

--The Food Bank of Western New York will use ClearView CRM’s constituent relationship management, reporting and operational tools to work with donor opportunities, power fundraising activities and track results. Since 1979, the Food Bank of Western New York has helped the region's less fortunate by acting as a bridge between sources of food like retailers, food drives and manufacturers, and agencies servicing the needy. Part of the nationwide Feeding America network of some 200 large food banks, it distributes food and supplies to approximately 400 agencies in three counties.

"The Food Bank of WNY looked at a variety of fundraising CRM systems and found that Clearview CRM offered a great balance of ease of use and depth in terms of its functionality. It was also very cost effective in the value it gives us," explained Justin Guerin, the organization's operations director.

--Ochsner Health System's Clinic Foundation has moved its ClearView CRM system into the cloud, or online, instead of itself hosting the system as it did previously. Ochsner is southeast Louisiana's largest nonprofit, academic, multi-specialty healthcare delivery system and one of the country’s biggest academic medical centers not based at a university.

"Ochsner is very excited about the move to Clearview CRM online," said Deborah Conwell, Ochsner Clinic Foundation's director of philanthropic services. "The move has been practically seamless, and this has made our program directors more independent in tracking their prospect moves. The opportunity Clearview affords us with automating processes and online giving is endless. I look forward to a very productive 2015."
