Previously offering a Three Year Standard Warranty, beginning January 1st, 2015, Great Lakes Computer will now offer a Lifetime Standard Warranty.
Setting a new benchmark for warranty and service coverage, the Great Lakes Computer Lifetime Standard Warranty applies to end user purchases within the United States and Canada. Through this warranty, Great Lakes Computer offers advanced parts replacement for the first 120 days. After 120 days, any defective product can be returned to Great Lakes Computer and repaired or replaced at no charge to the customer.
At Great Lakes Computer’s discretion, Extended Warranty options are also available. Great Lakes Computer offers customers a multi-year Advance Replacement Warranty option for parts that will extend the warranty beyond the standard 120 day period. These are offered in one year, three year, and lifetime increments.
