Real estate professionals can now access Showing Suite alongside other real estate centric products in Clareity’s unique marketplace.

Showing Suite, Inc. has integrated with the Clareity Store and is now available to their 100,000+ real estate professionals. Individual agents will have the ability to purchase Showing Suite products directly from The Clareity Store, an ecommerce platform that interfaces with some of the nation’s largest MLS boards.

The Clareity Store offers unique Single Sign-On capabilities to their suite of product offerings. Real estate professionals can now access Showing Suite alongside other real estate centric products in Clareity’s unique marketplace. The online marketplace works with and within the MLS which adds efficiency and seamless integration with the MLS data.
Showing Suite’s partnership with Clareity allows real estate agents to sign up for Showing Suite within the Clareity Store. After sign-up, agents will have access their Showing Suite account directly from their MLS dashboard. Once logged into Showing Suite, agents will be able to use Showing Suite’s award winning showing scheduling and feedback system.
The Showing Suite system provides a complete suite of automated showing scheduling and feedback tools for listing agents, showing agents, home buyers, home sellers, brokerages, and MLS boards. Agents utilizing Showing Suite are able to sell their home faster and for more money and save time that they would have spent manually doing these tasks.
All Showing Suite users receive the complimentary “Showing Note” mobile app for iPhone and Android. Showing Note, developed for home shoppers on the market to buy or rent a home, is similar to the mobile app EVERNOTE for real estate showings. Buyers share a “Showing Notebook” with their co-buyer, agent, or whomever they would like to keep track of all of their showings. Buyers can take pictures, videos, or notes during home showings to save all of the information from the homes they have seen and can share that information with their collaborators or on Facebook and Twitter. Once they have checked-in at a home, buyers can opt-in to receive email, text, and push notifications to alert them of any price changes or market updates for any of the homes they have visited.
All Showing Suite features are also accessible through the Showing Suite mobile app, available free for iOS and Android devices. The Showing Suite mobile app combines user experiences for all the parties in a home buying transaction including the listing agent, the buyer’s agent, the home seller, and the home buyer (Showing Note) to assist in the home buying process.
Local associations and regional MLSs with the Clareity Store will have the option to provide a Showing Suite FREE for 30 days to all members. This will allow real estate agents to place a “Schedule a Showing” button on their listing information page in the MLS. Any member browsing the MLS will be able to click this button, choose a date and time, and submit a showing request. Showing Suite will then process the showing request and confirm the appointment with the sellers of the listing. After the free trial period, agents will only be charged $39.95 per month for 100 active listings and the Showing Robot service for up to 5 listings.
