The job board posting options for employers have been updated to include featured and premium job postings, which offer top placement of the posting in min e-letters and top placement in search results. Plus, min offers posting packages for employers for convenience of posting multiple jobs. These packages, for either five or ten postings, are offered at a discounted rate and can be saved and used up to one year after the purchase.

The resume bank is another feature that is actively used by employers, With recent changes to this, employers can now search active jobseekers by location, date of last update, experience level and keyword. As an added benefit, employers can search the resume bank for free and only have to pay for the resumes that are of interest. min will then connect the employer with that candidate. Employers also have the option to purchase a package of five or ten resumes, or a one–year unlimited package of resumes.
