Aruze Announces New Appointments and Changes in its Officers and Directors
Las Vegas, NV (PRWEB) February 04, 2015 -- Aruze Gaming America, Inc. (“Aruze”) announced that it has appointed Kelcey Allison to Chief Executive Officer of Aruze. In his new role as CEO, Kelcey will oversee all of Aruze’s operations in North and Latin America.
Kelcey joined Aruze in 2009 and most recently served as Chief Operating Officer. As COO, Kelcey was responsible for all sales management, development, and operations functions. During his tenure as COO and EVP of Sales, Aruze experienced a significant increase in its sales momentum, improved its operating efficiencies, and built strategic relationships with customers and industry partners.
Kelcey brings 20 years of experience to his new position, including executive management roles at Progressive Gaming International Corporation and several consumer electronics companies.
Richard Pennington, Aruze’s former CEO and current President and Director praised Kelcey’s promotion by commenting that “Kelcey has distinguished himself as a leader and a person who can consistently accomplish goals regardless of the forces that are out of his control.”
With Kelcey’s appointment, Aruze announces that Richard Pennington will be stepping down as CEO of Aruze to focus on personal priorities that require more of his attention. Mr. Pennington will retain certain global responsibilities in the areas of finance, legal, and administration. In addition he will remain Aruze Gaming America’s President and one of its Directors. Mr. Pennington joined Aruze in December of 2010 as Chief Executive Officer.
Aruze is also pleased to announce the promotion of Yugo Kinoshita to the positions of Global Chief Operating Officer, Treasurer, and Director. In his new roles, Yugo will be responsible for global sales and operations.
Prior to joining Aruze, Yugo held management positions within Japan’s largest marketing company. Yugo joined Aruze in December 2013 as Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy. He received his MBA from Babson University in Massachusetts.
