Global Leader to Share Insights into Defining and Delivering the Future of Your Company at Premier Finance Executive Event in New York City

Proformative, the largest and fastest-growing online professional development resource for the office of the CFO, today announced that Mike Dinsdale, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Future Officer of DocuSign, The Global Standard for Digital Transaction Management®, will be the keynote speaker for CFO Dimensions 2015, the premiere conference for chief financial officers and corporate finance leaders. The two-day event, taking place October 19-20, 2015 at the Conrad Hotel in New York City, will examine the role of today’s multi-dimensional CFO as visionary, strategist and innovator responsible for overseeing the financial health and future of the enterprises they lead.

With almost two decades of experience in corporate finance leadership, and a successful track record of guiding companies through hyper-growth, Mike joined the DocuSign executive team in May of 2010. Since then, Mike has been instrumental in driving DocuSign’s rapid global expansion, playing an integral role both in guiding strategy and securing late-stage funding from investors. Prior to DocuSign, Mike was CFO at Lithium Technologies, a SaaS platform and application suite provider where he raised millions in equity financing and drove several strategic acquisitions. Prior to Lithium, Mike was CFO of Velocity11, a life sciences technology company acquired by Agilent Technologies in 2007.

“We are thrilled that Mike will be joining us as the keynote speaker for CFO Dimensions 2015 conference,” said Proformative CEO John Kogan. “Mike has been instrumental in driving the vision and growth for DocuSign globally, which in turn provides tools used and beloved by many in the office of the CFO. His leadership has been pivotal to their success. I look forward to hearing him share his strategies and tactics for achieving this success with our conference attendees.”

In his role as Chief Future Officer, Mike has leveraged his passion for staying ahead of the growth curve, focusing on macro-economic and social trends, and inspiring a laser focus on delivering the right products and services. Mike’s vision has been instrumental in DocuSign’s journey in becoming The Global Standard for Digital Transaction Management®. More than 40 million DocuSigners have signed more than 500 million documents in 188 countries, including employees at all of the Fortune 100. Mike will reveal how he has developed the skills it takes to serve as both Chief Financial Officer and Chief Future Officer.

“Leadership is the capability to translate vision into reality. The CFO needs to empower the organization by serving in the role of Chief Future Officer to help define the vision and create the reality of what their company is and needs to become. Doing so will help deliver long term shareholder value.” said Dinsdale. “I look forward to sharing what I have learned throughout this amazing journey with my colleagues. I am honored to deliver the keynote for such an influential group of finance leaders as those who will be attending Proformative’s CFO Dimensions conference.”

Addressing the evolving role of the CFO and the senior finance management team, CFO Dimensions 2015 offers attendees the unique opportunity to develop new and valuable professional connections, share knowledge, and learn from some of the world’s leading finance professionals via world-class speakers and valuable educational sessions and workshops. Registration is $1,199, with early bird pricing of $300 available for qualified practitioners until February 28, 2015. Please visit our conference page for more information and to register today.
