For UC infrastructure: Polycom® RealPresence® Platform
Polycom® RealConnect™ for Microsoft Lync: The latest built-in feature of Polycom RealPresence Platform enables seamless collaboration across Lync and non-Lync environments.

For collaboration server: Polycom® RealPresence Collaboration® Server
Polycom NoiseBlock™: The software runs on Polycom RealPresence Collaboration Server and uses algorithms to detect non-human noises and block them.

For desktop system: Polycom® RealPresence® Desktop
Polycom Acoustic Bubble™: This software automatically mutes the line when participants who are using headsets are not speaking during a video conference. This cancels the unwanted noise from a call including background conversations, city street noise or other peripheral sounds, without the end user having to hover over the mute button.

For room system: Polycom® RealPresence® Group Series
Polycom® EagleEye™ Producer: The recently launched and industry’s first camera solution utilises facial recognition technology to automatically count the number of people in the meeting room and accurately frame participants on the display screen. The new system also provides utilisation reports, such as meeting duration and number of participants, when used in conjunction with Polycom RealPresence Group Series and Polycom® RealPresence® Resource Manager.

Polycom® CX8000 for Microsoft® Lync: The group collaboration solution is purpose-built for Microsoft® Lync™ environment and is equipped to deliver a 360-degree panoramic view of the room. The solution features easy-to-use table-top touch controls and intuitive user interface which users regard as most essential for video conferencing technology.

Polycom® CX5500 Unified Conference Station: In conjunction with delivering a 360-degree panoramic view of the meeting room, this conference station is also armed to provide audio-only SIP communications. Polycom CX5500 interacts with Microsoft® Lync™ environment to deliver audio, video and audio collaboration capabilities.

Polycom® CX3000 IP Conference Phone: The IP conference phone is optimised for Microsoft® Lync™ environment and enhances the user experience by adding the crystal clear HD audio capabilities. Polycom CX3000 delivers 360-degree audio coverage.

Polycom® VVX® 600 Business Media Phone: The business media phone delivers best-in-class personal communications experience several easy-to-use features. The solution is built to complement different individual styles of work to ultimately boost productivity.

Polycom® RealPresence® Video Content Management: The video content management (VCM) solution extends the collaboration capabilities of Polycom products. Users can record, share, stream and search the video content infinitely which is extremely beneficial for training and educational purposes.
