Seven Keystone Pacific Team Members and One Board Member Client Headline 2015 CAI Excellence in Community Award Nominees

Keystone Pacific Property Management Inc. a full service Orange County, California based property management firm, is pleased to announce that that seven staff members were nominated for this year’s Community Association Institute (CAI) Orange County Awards Ceremony. The nominees include:

Kara Gonzales - Portfolio Manager of the Year in the Rookie category
Gloria Vizzini - Portfolio Manager of the Year in the Veteran category
Danielle Hoff - Portfolio Manager of the Year in the Rookie category
Paul Stimmler - Portfolio Manager of the Year in the Rookie category
Jennifer Stocks - Portfolio Manager of the Year in the Veteran category
Jeanean Gillespie - Portfolio Manager of the Year in the Veteran category
Janet Cordova - On-site Manager of the Year

In addition, Wendy Fox, Board Member at Keystone Pacific client Crystal Cove and the Groves at Orchard Hills was nominated for Community Association Board Member of the Year in the Veteran category. Ms. Fox implemented programs to increase board member education and training and increase customer service for new home buyers.
