Bright Mountain Acquisition Corporation Announces Letter of Intent to Acquire Military Media, Inc.

Bright Mountain Acquisition Corporation (Trading Symbol: BMAQ), today announced that it has entered into a non-binding letter of intent to acquire all of the assets of Military Media Inc., Military Direct Marketing, Inc., and Military Interactive Media, Inc., (collectively “Military Media”). Military Media provides full service advertising, marketing, consumer promotions, and branding strategies to target the military audience.
