Warwick, RI (PRWEB) February 04, 2015 -- Atrion’s upcoming AlwaysOn Symposium may be a few months away but the company has already announced its impressive line-up of keynote speakers. A series of luminaries will take the stage on May 20 to present at the one-day thought leadership event, which is centered this year upon “workplace culture.”
“Culture is a ‘way of life’ for a group of people,” Atrion CEO Tim Hebert said. “Within a business, this way of life is accepted, generally without much thought, and is passed along from person to person through communication and imitation. Every organization is unique in the way it lives, breathes and executes. Understanding this—and what your culture should be—is critically important for a leader.”
“Choosing to center this year’s AlwaysOn event around culture, was quite natural for our organization,” he added.
AlwaysOn participants will have the chance to hear from Hebert himself, who will talk about the significance of corporate culture, including how you find, define and apply it. Hebert will also be joined by following speakers Amanda Palmer, creator of the viral TED talk titled “The Art of Asking” and Kickstarter campaign success, and Maysoon Zayid, creator of the TED talk “I Got 99 Problems… Palsy is Just One.”
Atrion executives Chief Innovation Officer Chris Poe and Chief Strategy Officer Dave Ramsden will also be speaking at the event.
For the second consecutive year, AlwaysOn will be hosted in Atrion’s hometown of Providence, Rhode Island, at the Rhode Island Convention Center. The complimentary event, which attracted more than 500 attendees last year, is open to all Atrion clients and partners.
