Discovery USA, a specialty marketing and communications agency and part of Publicis Healthcare Communications Group (PHCG), today announced the appointment of Steven L. Kreshover as Senior Vice President, Account Director.
In this new role, Kreshover will be responsible for providing strategic counsel and direction to Discovery clients, leadership to the Philadelphia based account team, and helping to lead new business initiatives.

Kreshover joins Discovery USA from Havas Health/H4B Catapult in New Jersey, where he served as Senior Vice President, Management Supervisor. In this role, he led account teams for top global and domestic pharmaceutical companies, introduced new operational platform solutions, and contributed to the agency’s new business development.
For nearly 20 years, Kreshover has provided senior-level strategic consulting and project management that addressed brand challenges, multi-channel media platform selection and integration issues, and organizational operation objectives. Prior to his role at Havas Health, he served a multitude of roles across advertising agencies including Adherent Health LLC (Omnicom), Patient Marketing Group (inVentive Health Network), and Merck & Company, where he directed marketing communications and creative services operations for teams including Merck Vaccine Division, Merck Global, Global Marketing and Franchise Business Support (GMFBS) department, and Merck U.S Human Health. He also served on Merck’s Member of Franchise Executive Steering Committee.
