Bulzi’s advertising platform delivers six billion monthly video ad impressions to consumers in out of home environments on their mobile phone or tablet, TV, web, and traditional digital signage screens. The new technology being developed by Red Radium combines advanced programmatic, addressable, and multi-screen technologies in support of Bulzi’s 100% viewable media property.

An August, 2013 poll by the Association of National Advertisers (ANA) and Nielsen found that two-thirds of marketers spent up to a quarter of their media budget on integrated multiscreen campaigns. 88% expected multiscreen campaigns to be “very important” by 2016. The digital Out-of-Home industry has struggled to participate in this media trend because its “place-based” inventory makes true audience targeting problematic.
