mumms® Software and Deyta, LLC have expanded their long standing partnership to make it easier for hospices to participate in the CMS required Hospice Consumer Assessment of Health Providers and Systems (CAHPS®) survey.
The expanded partnership builds upon an existing integration between the two organizations, simplifying the data transfer process for survey administration and compliance.

With Deyta’s industry-leading program, mumms Clients will benefit from comprehensive reporting; fully-transcribed caregiver comment reports; email alerts for negative or serious comments; and extensive comparative insights for identifying performance gaps and improving care delivery.

"Deyta is the leader in this arena," said mumms CEO Leo Radosta. "They have extensive industry experience and their reputation for making complex data easy to understand makes them a natural partner for mumms."

Deyta President and CEO J. Kevin Porter said, “We are very excited about expanding our partnership with mumms Software. It will make implementing the CAHPS survey easier for mumms Clients, and we are looking forward to helping them succeed in meeting this new requirement.”

As a component of the CMS Hospice Quality Reporting Program, the new Hospice CAHPS survey was designed to capture standardized data for fair comparison across hospices, and provide crucial feedback on patient and family care. Medicare-certified hospices serving 50 or more survey-eligible decedents/caregivers must participate in a “dry-run” in January, February, and/or March 2015 with continuous surveying beginning April 1, 2015.

Deyta offers a streamlined implementation process for quickly getting hospices up and running with this new requirement.
