MediconneX signs agreement with GNYHA Services, a group purchasing organization with 300+ member hospitals and health systems

MediconneX solutions were developed to improve communications with patients throughout and beyond their discharge. All four MediconneX solutions allow for seamless integration, helping hospitals prevent readmissions and enhancing the overall patient experience across the care continuum.

An easy-to-use, cloud-based system allows patients and caregivers to stay connected with their healthcare teams through an interactive notification system. Through the agreement, GNYHA Services members have access to MediconneX solutions that provide:
