CourseHorse Teams Up with Chicago Magazine to Offer Readers Education-Focused Classes Vertical

Innovative partnership offers readers new portal to find over 10,000 of the best classes in Chicago.

CourseHorse, a leading discovery platform for local classes, has partnered with Chicago magazine to help readers find, compare and enroll in over 10,000 classes throughout Chicagoland at Class subjects range from career-related courses and certificate programs in topics like marketing and technology, to recreational workshops in art, cooking, dance, music, language and more.

In launching this new partnership, CourseHorse looks to attract Chicago magazine’s growing audience of readers interested in educational materials and non-degree classes.

CourseHorse was founded in 2011, and has grown to be a leading discovery platform for local classes, offering over 150,000 centralized classes from universities, colleges, museums, non-profits and businesses. The company is based out of New York and expanded to Chicago Fall of 2014. Existing partners in Chicago include: The Newberry Library, The Chicago Botanic Garden, The Evanston Art Center, The Old Town School of Music, The Chopping Block, Eataly and many more.
