StayWell joins Allscripts Developer Program (ADP) with Integrated Patient Education Application

StayWell’s certified application, the Krames On-Demand Integrated Content Module, gives clinicians instant access to a comprehensive database of high quality patient education content designed to engage and activate patients and has been certified for use with Allscripts Sunrise Acute Care and TouchWorks EHR solutions.
Becoming an ADP certified application marks a collaboration between StayWell and Allscripts to provide innovative, integrated health IT solutions that support high-quality and cost-effective care. Allscripts solutions are used by more than 180,000 physicians and more than 1,500 hospitals in the United States and around the world.
The Krames On-Demand Integrated Content Module:

With the integration into Allscripts electronic health record platforms, the Krames On-Demand Integrated Content Module gives clinicians instant access to more than 7,000 illustrated patient education HealthSheets, discharge instructions, and medication information sheets, directly from the patient record and within the clinical workflow. The full content set is available in English and Spanish, with selected content available in 12 additional languages. Developed with a strict attention to the principles of health literacy design, StayWell’s education content has a proven track record of helping caregivers and organizations engage patients to become active participants in their health and health care, ultimately improving outcomes, reducing costly hospital readmissions, and elevating patient satisfaction.
